Beobachtungen bei der Aufzucht von Indotestudo elongata (Blyth, 1853)

Observations on raising Indotestudo elongata (Blyth, 1853)

Abstract

The main requirements for successfully raising Indotestudo elongata are described. This involves highlighting factors such as avoiding stress, maintaining a humid environment and keeping them separate from other species. Information about diet, feeding and how to keep them in an outdoor enclosure is given. Sexual dimorphism is described during the development of hatchlings through to them becoming semiadult.
